Fell over? Was the key in it and were you anywhere near it?
Happened to me once with a 500 Interceptor. I called Progressive and they said "if you weren't there and it wasn't running, that's not an accident and has no effect on your insurance premium" Effectively telling me I had nothing to do with it.
They handed me a check and said "have a nice day". New bodywork and new mirror and new muffler and new....
