fork oil weight and capacity, 86 VFR700F

I have installed an '86 VFR700F front end to my '86 VF500F. Can someone tell me what the fork oil capacity, weight and type is for my VFR700F forks. Upon draining, it looked like ATF. Thanks.

fork oil capacity:
right: 358 ml or 153 mm from the top
left: 370 ml or 153 mm from the top

ATF is what the clymers manual told me, which is about 7.5 weight. I used 10 weight.
