New member! but parting out bike (i think) :(

Hola everyone, I have a 1983 VF750F that I rode around a year before a lowsided in Nov '07. I've owned over 9 bikes and all of them newer and "better" before I bought this former race bike, but I had the most fun on this bike and put about 10k miles to bring the total miles on the bike up to 50k.

Though the damage isn't too bad, I have two other bikes including a 05 R6 race bike that I must repair so something must be sacrificed and it really saddens me that I have to do this :(

Anyways, whether I part it out really depends on whether I sell the Fox Shock:
