I searched but is there a Starter Revoval for dummies around here somewhere?

I have to remove my Starters from two bikes and reinstall one but it is a tight fit, and recommendations?

Shouldn't be too hard. Maybe 2 long bolts that hold the motor in. Remove those and wiggle the motor out. There should be an o-ring on the end. Check the condition of the replacement. Apply waterproof grease to the o-ring for ease of installation. Don't forget to hook up the cable to the motor. Maybe some die electric grease if you're feeling nutty. Then, bolt her back in. This is all in perfect world. If this is totally wrong, drop some pics up here.Or, get a hold of masonv45, he always has good tech advice.
Also, try to rotate the splines on the starter motor shaft. Or, a larger hammer.lol

My main concern was that the Clymer I have says I have to remove the lower radiator which means draining it, and invariable I spill a bunch when I drain. I was hoping I could avoid this part, lol.

Will return when I have pulled both.....
