VFR750F Compatibility

I was wondering if any parts from other V4s were compatible with the 86 VFR750F. Specifically master cylinder and brake rebuild kits. Brake pads drive sprockets and chains? So any luck for me?

Well I found some master cylinder stuff but I am really interested in the chain and sprockets. I am a chain drive newbie I have always had a shaft drive. But without delay all these bikes should use the same master cylinder kit.
