Hi Midias, do you still have that road test PDF for the gen 2?

I am looking at buying one and would like to do some study on them.

any pertinent pointers on gen 2 ownership as well would be appreciated.

kind regards

Thumbs up

thank you so much for doing that, i have downloaded the files off mediafile and am looking forward to reading them.

the cycle guide cover was a 'blast from the past' and that yamaha on the front is the oddest bike ive seen in some time. but I did used to buy cycle guide and i do remember that they used to chrome plate their BOTY every year, which i thought was both amazing and ridiculous.
i thought that the chromed Gen 1 was such a waste of a great bike!
other notable winners from the early eighties were the BMW K1200RS and CBR 600(the first version) that i remember.
cycle guide was one of my favourite reads !

thanks again, hope i can return the favour one day.
