What he said ^ Thou have seen em where they've had the powder coating off then they're a gray silver and look pretty nice, been thinking of doing that myself.

There is a set on Ebay that end tonight that are 1997 forth gen wheels. They are silver, I emailed on them and he said they were factory silver. I think I'll just get mine powder coated the next time I put tires on.

I was curios about the same thing. Most of the pictures that I have seen of the 94-97 VFR's have the black rims on them. I picked up a 95(first bike) and it has aluminum rims on it. I was going to ask if they were factory and most people bought the black ones or was it an option from the factory or what? Maybe someone has the answer?

To funny, yep those are ones without the powder coating as in thats what they look like naked, some folks polish the out side lip, which IMO looks nice LOL good score there SLO, good thing I didn't see em ther'd been a bidding war.
