I picked these up to match my Tourmaster Transition jacket. Out the door price was $125. NJ does not charge sales tax on clothing & it doesn't matter what kind.
Pros:

Cons:
Just like my raingear & jacket, Tourmaster needs to work on their sizing. I bought XL just to have extra room. I got extra room everywhere except the waist.
Not just a Tourmaster problem but waterproof zippers are a freaking pain
Other than the sizing, I don't have any real complaint & they get 8 out of 10.
Now that I have these pants, my motorcycle apparrel collection is complete with the exception of a summer full gauntlet leather glove.
