Mirror question

Just bought a 07 anniversary vfr. mirrors have a clear rectangle in them but the rest of the mirror is spotted. Looks like paint overspray. Saw an 06 just like that. A red 07 the mirrors are all clear. Can some one add some information about this. Thanks, looking forward to following the chat. I also have a 87, 88magna and an 83 V-65, and a 05 st-1300. Love the v-4's
