If the parts looks clean, and there is no residue on the bottom of the float bowl, that is a good sign that the carbs are clean.

Check all the jets, float needle tips and seats. Might as well check the float level too. Easy to do with the carbs out and you don't have to separate them.

Then do a bench carb-sync using the method in my post on 2/27.
