I may be "WRONG" but why is it, the only time anyone gets the shaft on Ebay, it's from people with, OH MY GOSH!!!!, negative feedback? He dealt with a guy with
54 negatives & look what it got him. So I can live with being "WRONG" on this one.
When I use Ebay, buying or selling, people with negative feedback need not apply. Right or wrong, I'm not swaying from this policy.
