I won't mess up the average too much...

I'm 37 (not getting any older!), married for 6 years with a 3 1/2 year old daughter who is no longer scared of me when she sees me in my motorcycle helmet.

stuka; you should have brought the collection from your "store front" to the BBQ! Actually, never mind there weren't enough of the female persuasion to make it interesting... Someone promised strippers...

Glad the twins didn't show up!

Dude, I was at a gas station once, in pain of a fill up, and saw a Duc.999 pull in. the guy was in full leathers. I was expecting to see someone on the young side, this guy was 58! Said hed ride until his body couldnt take it anymore. I could only hope to be as lucky.

Speedbird, your call sign reminded my of a long-ago funny story: I'm a private pilot and I was in the circuit (you would call it a pattern) at a local unicom-only airport when I hear a distinctly British accent announcing something to the effect: "Brampton this is a Speedbird (the call sign for British Airways) Concorde and we are overflying the field to join the left downwind for runway 15". (It helps to know that Brampton is inside the wedding cake for Toronto International). Runway 15 at Brampton is 40' wide and 2500' long, BTW.

The poor, flustered young instructor on the desk: "ah, Speedbird, ah we don't have enough runway to handle a Concorde!!"

Turns out that a couple of members of the flying club had been able to whinge their way into the cockpit and had the 1st Officer put in the call.

Had a few of us in the circuit a little anxious though. Hard to outrun a Concorde in a 172.

22 y.o. male Professional College Student. Only been riding since summer 07. I had been wanting a bike ever since I saw my cousins Kawi in Cali when I was 9yrs old. Finally became a reality financially last summer with my first bike being my 5th gen.

I Was studying aerospace engineering the past 3 years but got bored with the math. Currently starting a truck driving job to work the next year or so to save up money to live off of when I go to flight school and won't be able to work enough to pay bills. Bad part is...I won't be able to ride nearly as much as i did in the last 9 months (about 5k miles) which isn't bad for a Michigan riding season (oh, yes i was the crazy one out in january...lol...when the roads were clear and temps were >35)

Still to Come: RT or Sonic Fork Springs, RT Gold Valve Kit.

Worked at sea for 35 years, currently captain of a 50,000dwt self unloading bulk ship.
Also really into dirt riding of late - not as brave as the young guys, but skills are improving the more I ride.

Hmmmm....lets see....I'm 33, happily married 10 years, two awesome boys 7 and 4 (yahoo Kindergarten this year!), two cats and a crazy 2 year old Cardigan Welsh Corgi.
I work as a Bus Driver for Transit on the weekends, have my own sewing company and I'm a stay at home Mum.
My husband got me into riding (he was at the DMV when it opened on his 16 birthday to get his bike license!), my first bike was a 1990 Yamaha FZR600, I still have my 1988 Honda Bros 400 and now my just about complete 2004 Honda VFR800A. I've been riding for about 7 years.
Enjoy the freedom of riding kid free! Mostly just get to ride it to the bus depot, but that's better than nothing!

    Cheers!
