TBR carbon pipe strikes again

got pulled over this morning, and the cop said if it wasn't for the loud pipe he would never even noticed that i was speeding, after giving me a written warning he told me to get the exhausted checked to see if it was legal, i informed him it was an unaltered pipe, just got V-Four sound behind it.

I have a TBR stainless on my bike, and it's not excessively loud (except on decel when it snaps, crackles, and pops).

Is the CF pipe that much louder?

yeah, my father has the same bike as me except he has the stainless can and mine is so much louder, it also depends on the style of the can i find the newer TBR cans are a lot tamer than the 4" circular cans from a few years ago

Hey Fisch:

When was the last time you re-packed your muffler?

Well, for what its worth if you keep going without repacking the "carbon fiber" TBR cans, they can eventually be damaged/ destroyed. The carbon fiber shell that is. That's one reason why you are supposed to repack them.

Just a thought.

I don't get it. Sounds like you're complaining, but don't want to do anything about it???
