Hey - I am American and love America but the MotoGP series was rigged because they needed an American champ to better promote MotoGP in America. Again the greedy pigs who make up Corporate America think American people are stupid and will go for more American Propaganda. What am I taklking about - nothing new, Corporate America wants your money and will do anything to get attendence and interest up for more profit in America. I like Hayden a lot and was rooting for him, but Rossi is still the best and the Champ. It is only my opinion that Rossi and a few others are faster and better riders than Hayden. As an American I cannot celebrate a tainted award like what they did with the 2006 MotoGP series. Simply Propaganda of an American nature for money because America is all about Capitalism not democracy. Just my opinion, being a New Yorker and living in New York only helps you to see the slanted views and Corporate ripoff schemes.

Rigged? lol.... Rossi probably is the best ever but not in 06. How do you rig chassis vibrations on the Yamaha? Anyway I have much the same type of Loathing you have towards this country but Mine is towards Europe and their socialist"communist" systems. I too am a big fan of Rosi. I think he has a lot of tallent and class. However, Nikki won fair and square in a very closly contested race series this year and it's great to have an American champion again. Besides, Nikki's a good guy too.

It does piss me however, that the corporate greedheads didn't arrange for ME to be GP champion!

American GP is a tiny part of the equation. It would be in the best interest of MotoGp to have an European Champ, but despite that , Euros still cheer Nicky... and any other bone fide' champ.

I say this with all due respect but there is no way the Moto GP is rigged, I think Rossi is the best ever and he kicks his own ass everyday for going down on that last race, but lets not forget Nickys teammate taking him out in Portugal in round 16 when he had the lead in the points race...
