  1. p90x round 2 - started week 5

    Well, we are already on week 5. It seems like it's going by faster this time.

    As I said before, we are not being as strict this time. For instance, it took me 2 days to recover from the superbowl. who won by the way? jk...

    This time, I am trying to really keep my carb intake low along with low fat high protein food and as many veggies as I can stomach. I'm definitely no vegan. I feel like animals deserve to die for my sustenance. Call me a dick if you like tree ...

  2. 3rd week p90x done (round 2)

    We have finished up the 3rd week of p90x. It is going much smoother this time. I wouldn't say it's easier, but my body seems to remember everything so it adapted quickly. It is already time for the rest/recovery week.

    After that we are already 1/3rd done more or less.

    The weight loss continues. I'm running anywhere between 11-13 lbs down from my starting weight and Terri says she can see a difference. I know I can tell my pants aren't quite as uncomfortable.

  3. P90x... 2 weeks and 10 lbs

    Well, we are still doing it. We are not doing the p90x diet plan, but more like just trying to eat healthy. Keeping simple sugars out and carbs kinda low and sat fats out. So far, I am down 10 lbs and feeling much stronger. Still not up to the level I was, but definitely improving.

    I think my energy level is a little better, but I wear out towards the end of the day. I pretty much stopped eating or drinking past 6 or 7 pm so I don't get those late night feeding calories anymore ...

  4. Still on that p90x stuff...

    well, we are about 2 weeks in. We are not as strict about it, but we are pretty good. We only occasionally stray outside the diet and we have improved drastically from week one to two. It's amazing how quickly it comes back. Strangely enough I've already lost 10 lbs, but I expect that'll fluctuate a bit over the next few days. I tend to drop a few lbs, then pop back up a little, then when I drop again, it's below the drop before. It's funny cause I always weigh at the same time and such. ...

  5. What? You want to do what?

    Well, after months of virtually nothing, my wife and I resumed or restarted p90x. As insane as it sounds, it is easier than trying to get coordinated doing something else. And, lets face it, it's cheaper than buying new pants. We are in the second week and so far so good.

    I must reiterate for anyone considering doing this workout that the first week is a BITCH! Damn it hurts! I was so sore I couldn't sleep, I could barely walk. Everything ached. I tried ibuprofen, I tried icy ...
