Chrome VFR logo reservoir caps.

Yesterday, I received the recervoir caps I ordered from Ebay. I paid around $34.00. Installation was easy. I just removed the 2 screws and the cap on each reservoir and installed the new ones. Here are some pics. They are kind of blurry cuz I took them with my Treo.

I'm usually not a fan of bike "bling", but those are pretty cool. Noticed your bar ends too, reminds of that old video game Road Rash.

I like chrome but in right amounts. I hate when people overdo it with way too much chrome. On the bar ends, I wanted something out of the ordinary. So far, all but praises

That does look good with the chrome ends.
Kevin, it's refreshing to hear that someone remembers Road Rash. Awesome game in its time. I had it on the Panasonic 3DO.

Sorry. I am not struck on the bar ends but I really think those caps add just that little bit of class. Not that a VFR rider needs any more than he already has. Think I will hunt them down and add to my steed too.

VFR ROCKS

A 3DO!!! I drooled over owing one of those systems for years when I was younger.

Gray Baskerville of Hot Rod magazine fame used to say, "Treat chrome like steak sauce, not steak".

I thought about getting a set of bar ends like that but am afraid of skewering myself on them

I've tried e-mailing that E-bay seller twice now to see if they make the covers in silver to match the 06.

Maybe I'm conservative, but I think the world has enough things in it to hurt me if I crash without adding pointy things to my bike... After the apocalypse, when I'm riding my VFR from town to town in a desert wasteland and fending off savages bent on killing me for having the last unscratched Shoei shield on the planet, I'll be all over them!

Not a fan of chrome over-do but love branding and personalization. The VFR cut-ins set that off.
