4th gen Solo Seat Cowl

Hey all, I have been looking for a 4th gen Solo Seat cowl, I happen to find one. But all the tabs are broken. The cowl itself is in great shape, and new ones are $$$$ Any ideas how I can rig it to work????? Help.

2 1/2 inch sheet metal screws will work if placed in the right spot... But really you will have to glue/bond on some type of tabs to make it work. If you cant make it work then I have one with perfect tabs but the paint is kinda bad on it. I can run my buffer over it and see how it comes out for ya....If you need some pics on how the tabs are let me know. Brian

Hi Brian, Thanks for responding. I found this one on Craigslist and the back tabs were already ground down, and the left tab was broken off. I put it on with the right one only and a washer on the left hoping it would pinch, but a ride with some faster speeds blew it off the bike and broke the only good tab, so I am left with a cowl and NO tabs. I would be interested in the one you have if the paint isn't terrible, some scratches are fine. Let me know what your thinking for price. Thanks Mark

There is one on Ebay now. The auction ends on 4/14 I believe.
