So that I can have it copied at a local muffler shop.

Part of my skill set as a fabricator is TIG welding; I would like to get the tubing copied, then weld it up myself.

I can promise that no harm will come to your pipes, and you will be rewarded for your efforts! I would consider paying a security of sorts, or having a second set made, then welding it at no charge for the lender.

Looking for a FULL system that pairs the front bank and the rear bank(2-1 F, 2-1 Rr) on a 1983-84 VF750F, preferably a Vance & Hines or similar staggered exhaust.

I plan to build from thinwall stainless tubing, and make my own carbon cans.

Hey I have a 4 into 1 kerker system I am having copied.

if someone has pics of a full system you could post I would also be interested plan on making 2 full systems for 83 vf750f and 85 vf1000r

I don't think a pic would suffice, I know if I were making them, I would want them in hand.

I should have posted here sooner, but since posting this, I found a Vance & Hines system in very nice condition for $200.

I have yet to find a shop that can bend 1 3/8ths .060" wall tubing without wrinkling; if I do, I will consider having a few sets bent that I can weld and turn around to you guys.

Risoto, who is doing the work for you? Are they bending the tubing or cutting & sectioning?

Actually...

you recently bought a vance & Hines system.

How did that fit, anyways? I'm curious about how the rear headers flow into the collector.

Yeah, thanks to a certain board member!

I won't know how it fits for a few weeks yet, the frame, wheels, and other parts are still at the powdercoat shop. I have the motor on my bench, ordering cams & rockers for it soon, and still need to clean/repaint the block. I'm putting a huge amount of work into this bike(for what it ultimately is), and I'm doing it all myself, so it's going to take a while. It's taken me 6 years just to build up the tools, knowledge and equipment to get it where it is today.
