F.s. 1986 Vfr700 F2

I bought this bike last year with 26K miles on it and I’ve only put 1K miles since then. The engine starts easily and runs strong.
I’m selling it because I just don’t ride it as much as I thought I would. There’s nothing wrong with the bike, it’s a gem! It’s my old body that can’t handle the riding position. So… rather than put money into modifying a basically “stock” bike to make it more comfortable, I’m going to sell it.
The bike is in good to very good condition. The new parts put on it when I got it were tires, chain, rear sprocket, battery and all the fluids were renewed. It has some scratches on the right side muffler from the previous owner’s low speed drop. It has two small scratches on the tank from me when I forgot check if the kick stand was fully down and I dropped it against my Wing. It also has the usual small cracks located by the reflectors on the tail piece. The mirrors look like they have been spray-can painted, I guess to hide the scratches. I’ll include a seat cowl, not perfect but looks good from 10 feet, a service manual and an oil filter.
Asking $2500 w/extras or Best Offer
