Side bags mounting hard ware, or bags?

Was looking at classifieds and found a nice set of bags for $650 but hardware is not included. it seems this hardware can cost up to $500 it's self..

is this correct as i was unable to source them real well.
seems like sites selling the bags for a few hundered dollers more are a far better deal...

where do you buy bie hardware? it seems vastly over priced.

Yes, this is correct, unfortunately. I'm in Australia, and ended up finding 95% of the hardware on Yahoo Japan. Used a proxy bidding agent, and took about 3 months to get the parts. Basically a nightmare, but I got them in the end.

I bought my racks from Twisted Throttle. Not one of my favorite vendors but I wanted SW Motech Quick-Detach racks and they are the only ones that have them. With locks I think they were around $300 US.

Got my Givi cases from SportTour.com Those guys ARE one of my favorite vendors. The cases are about $200 for the pair.

Cases (and racks!) off ...

Yes, they are. They are Givi E360's. A little bigger than I really wanted but once I started using them I loved them. Packed properly I can get a ton of stuff in them. Leave one empty and I can get my helmet in it.

Like I said, I got mine from SportTour.com and they are great people to deal with. His prices are about the same as everyone else but shipping is free and that's a pretty significant savings on big cases. They aren't a big company but I've ordered from them a number of times and each time I've been 100% satisfied.
