For sale: 2004 FZ6 - $3000

I'm selling my beloved FZ6 to concentrate on my VFR. It's a 2004 Yamaha FZ6 that was wrecked, cosmetic damage only by the previous owner. 14k miles, needs an oil change and new tires (front is fine, rear has a nail and loses air slowly). Front body work removed, custom headlights from flyncycle.com installed. Rear fender eliminator installed with LED turn signals, license tag light and rear taillight.

$3000 - duh me.

FZ6 is a standard/lightly sporting motorcycle based on the 2003 Yamaha R6. The engine is not as peaky, but still redlines at 14,000rpm and makes 90hp at the rear wheel. It WILL pull the front end up in first gear no problem.

Cosmetic damage: wrecked by previous owner, front end and side plastics eliminated. Taught my wife to ride on this bike, some scrapes to the right side of the frame and engine, nothing serious. Front end lowered 1 inch, can easily raise it again.

The bike has been to Deal's Gap and most of the Blue Ridge Parkway. If you're looking for a sporty naked bike, look no farther. Even in sporty riding, it returns 50mpg.
