Staintune, Corbin, & Luggage

I am selling my '02 VFR and have the following parts for sale. I got a Concours 14.

Staintune exhaust. 1000 miles on it. Perfect condition. $750 ($1000 new).

Corbin seat with lady backrest. Red piping. Perfect condition. $550 (750 new).

OEM sidebags, trunk, & mounting kit. Perfect condition. $900 ($1400 new).

'02 VFR with extras. $5800.

All this stuff is listed in the San Francisco Craigslist. I've got lots of pictures too.

How do you like the Connie? Mind me asking, but what sold you on it?

A 6 hour ride with the girlfriend did me in on the VFR. I love the bike, but at 40, I was a bit sore. The VFR was supposed to be a compromise between cruiser / sport bike. The next step is the Connie / ST / FJR. The Connie had the biggest stick and lowest price. I rode one and loved it. 140 whp is a hoot on a bike.

I know what you mean. "Supposed to" is a good description. I was actually looking at the ST1300 and Concourse at the same time as the VFR, but the larger Bike feel was so new to me that it didn't feel right. But I jump on one every time I visit the dealership. And with everything I've put into this VFR so far to make it rider better and more comfortable, I could have paid the difference for a Connie and had a couple left to play with.

btw, good deal on the Viffer.
