AARON HAM RIPPED ME OFF!!!!

I dont know if any of you have any dealings with Aaron Ham, or even know who he is, but he has a classified ad on this website, and this is where i found his name. He is listed as wanting to sell VFR parts, and I am looking for a VFR wheel. After contacting him about the parts, he asked $200 for a rear wheel and rotor. I accepted this offer, notified him, and sent him $200 via paypal. It has since been two weeks, and he has already withdrawn the money to his account, and he has not yet shipped the parts. I sent him an email asking for either the parts or the money back, and he has yet to respond.

If anyone has any knowledge of Aaron, or how I could contact him, please forward it on to me @ asujosh1@yahoo.com. It makes it difficult to do business over the internet with cheats like Aaron.

Received the wheel today, case closed.

I guess that Aaron Ham, and I have no affiliation with him, isn't a cheat after all. Perhaps this thread should be pulled?

I haven't heard from Aaron since March 25th regarding $470 in parts I paid for.

I've emailed him on Apr 12th, Apr 22nd, and May 3rd trying to find out where the items are - he was supposed to send me a tracking # but I've heard zilch from him since March 25th.

Aaron seemed like a good guy to deal with, but I am getting a little worried - hopefully he's just lazy or disorganized or something....

Might be a little late in the game for this, but check-n-see if he does eBay, too. Might be able to get some feedback on this elusive character. This might be a good approach to future deals with other unknown persons, too.

If anybody on this board lives in Philadelphia, perhaps you could have the cops check this guy out.

???I'm a bit confused about this $470. Joshua said he paid $200 for a wheel and then got the wheel. Where did the extra $470 come from? Dude, you gotta fill our schemas in! Now, if the $470 came AFTER the $200 wheel purchase (which was definitely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business transaction), Joshua, yer dumb, my friend. Ever heard "Once bitten, twice shy"?

In any event, we should all order parts from Aaron Ham, just to see if he'll take orders, and Joshua needs to report this (and other members' transactions with A. Ham) to the Philly police himself.

Joshua bought the rear wheel for $200. Lucky for him he actually received it.

I bought the front wheel, forks, and a bunch of other parts for $470. I never got them, Aaron won't return my email, and it turns out the address he gave me is actually his sister's place and SHE won't tell me where I can find him.... >:(

Filed an internet fraud report with the IFCC - if Aaron doesn't send me the parts I bought and paid for he could be found guilty of a felony. Maybe a little visit from the state authorities will help get his attention...

So Aaron has a NEW ad on VFRWorld.com in Classifieds, now with a hotmail address instead of verizon.

STILL won't return my calls or emails. >:(

Can't the board administrator take his ads off if he doesn't follow through on a sale ?
