Hi Guys,

I live in Victoria, but I am back and forth to Van a fair bit. Would like to get out for a ride with some fellow VFR's. Please add me to your list.

Cheers

Sounds good Jeff, I'll look for you there. Yes - back roads for sure. I hope they don't all want to ride #7 all the way to Harrison.

The forecast is looking better. If the sun out - there could be 100 bikes.

Gotta tell you guys, the ride into town to work at 02:30 this morning was FREAKING COLD. I have ridden in colder temps but I guess the air was really damp and it was windy to boot. Hope it warms up for that ride this weekend. I gotta do my taxes to see how much more of MY money the government really should have so don't think I will make it.

Indeed to everything. On the way to work I was thinking I might run into snow. It had been raining and temps were hitting 1c. Taxes really suck.
Last year they hit me pretty hard. But if you don't pay your taxes, I don't get my pension check. And guess what bought my VFR. Look'n out the window right now looks promising but the my boy is going to Australia mid to late April. He has very limited money so I am wanting to get his taxes done soon as well. 'Bout time that boy stood on is own and the old man played more.

Ya - that was a good day! I liked the noise when 100 bikes fired up...kinda like performance thunder!

Thanks for the tour of Sumas Mtn. (u-turns OK!), I'd never been up there before.

I'll PM you about pictures

Got the smoked screen.. RADAR DETECTOR????? In my previous life, I saw to it many people got tickets while having perfectly functioning radar and lazer detectors. Can't do the time, don't do the crime. Pardon my ignorance, what the hell are helibars? Have taken a liking to the Cortec Saddle and Seat bags talked about elsewhere on this site.

Hi Jeff,

I'm tied up with one of my boy's soccer tournaments until later in the afternoon. I'll have to pass on the morning scoot.
Might try and get out later on.
What's with this friggin' weather lately...a Russian outflow, I don't recall hearing that one before!

I'm hoping to be in Vancouver in July with the BF (he has a BMW). If you're still coordinating rides - and our times match - maybe I can participate in a ride? We're headed down the coast this summer and then back to the Yukon.
