OIL thread.......totally irrelevant!

OK, fellow VFR fans and you sophisticated, worldly Europeans.....

.....what country makes best OLIVE oil??
for everyday use?
and what's the best you've ever had??
any brand names you might mention??

(Best i ever tasted was labeled :"J. Plagnol, Marselles, France")

Safe and sanitary new year to all!

Sorry to interrupt, I'm from the U.S and I think its great that we have such a cross section of VFR'ers. I always like to know what types of aftremarket accessories and how you style your bikes over there compared to us guys in the states. VFR's are so versatile they truly are a world bike.I think this site is so very good due to inputs from around the world. Keep em commin guys. eddie

My friend, you have launched a thread that potentially can blow up this particular forum.
I could tell who make best olive oil, wine, CHOChoLAT, but You'd better go to place where they sell it ORIGINAL and taste it yourself.

About the other inquiry: yes, Viffer has an intl value. Anyway here in Italy, the biggest market for supersport bikes in Europe, there is a big trend for....supersports. So u can generally find VFRs riden by persons who are generally more experienced, not so racing oriented and aftermarket products sold for this bike tend to cover items such as baggage rail, tyres, that can assure a more comfortable and long lasting ride. Its quite uncommon to see on VFRs aftermarket race cans, apart from me and few others.

I'm in England...most of the time.

I'm up for any meeting of VFR owners in Europe next summer and the best olive oil comes from the Eastern Med and the Middle East.

There; that covers everything doesn't it?

Wow, what an impressive list. With this many international types subscribing
to this website, I'll have to be oh so Diplomatic with my comments. I always like to tease the Italians, because my heratige is Italian, well Sicilian, I think that still makes me Italian. I am really surprised by the number of riders from Portugal, must be ideal riding weather over there. In closing keep your ideas and comments comming. eddie

Hi from Carmine. I live in Italy, Naples...on my VFR 750 '86..
It would be great to meet Europe's VFr Partners somewhere in Italy.
Well, never mind, if you'll be around my Town in September or in other time, don't forget to send a post just some day in advance ! Nice to hear from you.
Carmine.

I am about 45 min away from Nurburgring, and have planty of room in my house. I'll go, it's 19 Euro per lap, and you have to pay for each lap. You're welcome to stay here, just give me a day or two's notice so I can tidy up!!!
