OHLINS FORKS ON A 5th GEN ANYONE? HEARD OF? OR SEEN THIS ON THIS SITE?
Be it Ohlins or other inverted forks. Is it possible to replace/rebuild the front suspension to this?

Holy Cow But a lot more guys on VFRD have done the FrankenForker challange. I did mine but its based on the stocker upper tubes and triples. Check links below. Either way its a ton of work, you need to be a very good mechanic. veefer800canuck over on VFRD is a great resource. Or you can just send your forks to Dan Kyle and get them rebuilt to your exact specs with Ohlins internals, springs, shim kit, valves, etc. instead of shelling out the big coin to get real Ohlins R/T forks. Plus if you get the radial forks, you have to reconfigure your brake system with radial brakes, spacers, etc.
