Anyone tried the Denso spark plugs

Has anyone tried the Denso spark plugs? I've read quite a few posts about NGK and saw some NGK vs Denso posts but no one who actually had the Denso's installed responded to any of the posts, it was mostly theory of the spark plugs... lol

My old CB1100F runs much better with Denso instead of NGK. The Denso plugs for it (XR24ESRU, I think...) have a "U" groove in the outer electrode, so there are four different sharp points for the spark to jump to. I tried using the equivalent NGK heat range once due to the high price of the Denso, and the engine was not nearly as crisp and responsive.

Edit: The last time I bought some, I had to order a box of 10, which means I'll have to order another box of 10 for things to eventually even out...

Interesting, as now someone finds them, when I had the 32K service done I was all over the place trying to find them ND plugs to no avail so ended up with NGK. Wonder how those compare cost wise, as that's what started the search. Those NGK through Honda are a bit pricey to me and they aren't platinum either..WTH

I'm pretty sure the part number I need for my 2000 VFR is IUH27 but I'm still trying to confirm.

So my whole idea for wanting to replace my sparkplugs with Denso's is no longer just. I was planning to replace the standard NGK plugs the dealer put in my bike a few weeks ago because I thought they were making it run terrible and my MPG had dropped significantly since they did the work. So as I was beginning to tear apart the front of my bike tonight, I shinned a light in there and I saw one of the plug wires (right, front) was not even plugged in. It was trapped behind the oil cooler. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT !!!! I mean, no wonder the bike was running like crap and getting sucky mileage. I'm going to call the dealer tomorrow and have words. I plugged that wire back in and took her for a ride and it was a whole new bike... WOW !!! I will continue to monitor the standard plugs though for the next month or and see what my MPG is. If I don't get back up into the 40's I may try the Denso's next month but I'm pretty sure I will now that all 4 wires are plugged in. I still can't believe they did that...jeesh.
