85 VF700F Interceptor Problem

I have a 85 vf700f interceptor that when you give it gas it dies I have replaced fuel pump and filter,plugs,air filter,had carbs cleaned,rebuilt and synched. It will idle soon as you give it gas it dies HELP PLEASE

Sounds like your low speed jets/carb passages are clogged.

Maybe a complete cleaning is in order.

i have the same bike, mine had the same problem when ifirst bought it. I adjusted the choke and idle a little bit and it ran like a champ. Also, try buying some seafoam. Run it through you gas tank and see what happens

i use seafoam on ALL my vehicles. love it!
