Interchangable?

Is anything interchangeable between a 1983 VF750F and a 1984 VF700F?

Engine and transmission wise?
Could the cams be swapped/heads?

You can swap the whole motor/carb package out.

Well i was especially interested in the cams/rockers as one of mine has some pitting
