85 VF700F Front Sprocket

I want to lower the number of teeth on the front sprocket of my 85 VF700F. I would like to know if it is possible go -2 and use a 14 tooth sprocket or if I should just stick with the -1 15 tooth. I was wanting to increase the acceleration and I was originally going to go -1 front / +3 rear but I figure I could just go -2 front and it would be the same thing. I'm just afraid that going -2 would be too much for the old girl.

i dont know of anyone that makes different size sprockets for our bikes but i did notice that i can almost fit a katana sprocket if i dilled out the mounting holes a little. the only thing i was worried about was the rpms on the freeway. there already pretty up there but if you dont mind then it shouldnt be a problem. ill get back to you if my project works out.
