Ortlieb Dry Saddlebags on 5th Gen?

Hello All

Has anyone tried a set of the Ortlieb Dry Saddle Bags from Aerostitch on a
5th Gen with Stock exhaust?

Ortlieb claims you need a min clearance of 10cm (3.9") bewteem the bottom of the bags and exhaust. I did a rough estimate and I'm estimating I have less tha 2" of clearance. These bags are supposed to be quite waterproof, they have a PVC like coating, so they could melt if too close.

If you did try them, how did you mount them? over the seat or under?

Thanks
