S-MX2 Gloves

Hey folks,

I just picked up a pair of Alpinestars S-MX 2 Air Carbon gloves today and was wondering if any of you have had some experience with them? As hot as it gets here in Phoenix they seem like a good choice, even though they're not 100% leather. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Phil

Had the Alpinestars S-MX 3's, trashed them in a slide in Nov 2004, they did their job in protecting my hands from the bitumen but were a throw away afterwards...Replaced them with BMW's Airflow Gloves as they were on sale which are also good on 30oC plus days....

If not raining or freezing always wear my Alpinestars SP2's for any days less than 30oC / 86F / 303 Kelvin.

I've probably owned like 35 pairs of gloves in my riding years. Nothing & I do mean nothing fits me like Alpinestars gloves. I currently use SMX6's for summer riding. I am picking up a pair of SP2's shortly & plan on buying their winter gloves next season. Can't go wrong with AStar's

KC-10 FE out...
