Good times
Have had good times in my garage. Just bought my third VFR and am using it as a parts bike for my other two. So now I got two VFR´s running and started thinking. Should I swap the engine into my good old VF ´83 model and have the third one running?

Hey, if the riding season is down (which it probably is right now) what the hell! If you have the time, do the crime! You have to consider if you think you are going to ride the VF as well once you get it road ready.

Yes you are right. Riding season is down, Iceland is coverd with snow. Hardest winter I have seen here in ten years.
I have been thinking about this. I know this is a crime but rebuilding the old VF engine is VERY expensif and parts may be hard to find. But I have the bullit proof VFR engine laying in the garage and I dont think it is big problem fitting it in the VF frame. So way not... |
