OK, ladies and gentlemen. Back from work and have access to the camera.
The full toolkit as it came with the bike. I have added a 5mm allen key, even though one was supplied.
Missing from the photo is the feeler gauge, which was on the other side of the pouch since it was camera shy...

Underseat area, including puncture repair kit and 2x CO2 cylinders, owners manual (with all foreign languages removed to save space!), etc. It does get difficult to close if packed incorrectly...

OK, I kinda broke it, so I'll attempt to fix it...

I was carrying my disc lock under the seat, in addition to my codged-together combo wrenches / allen wrenches. On my last freeway trip, the airflow around the bike and up the top of my thighs caused my Cortech 3/4 jacket to try and lift off my torso (airflow up my lower back). Since there is no easy way to attach it to anything, I thought I would relocate the disc lock from under the seat to the built in fanny-pack in the jacket to see if that would anchor it. So it could be that I could use the newly available underseat space for about 1/2 of a tool kit, once I put one together. Did Barbie ever have a tool kit? That might fit.

OK, derstuka, I have done what I could to contain the damage. I'll probably never do it again, hardly ever.

I've got: 2 small cans of fix-a-flat, 2 bungee nets, tools (adjustable wrench, screw driver (four blade), 10mm open end, spanner wrench, allen key combo wrench, leatherman), 2 10 hr. snap lights, LED flash light, lever grip (locks the brake handle to the grip), plastic foot (for the kick stand, for parking in dirt), zip ties, a 10 dollar bill and some quarters in a zip lock bag. I also have a full set of Givi bags, just in case I need something else LOL.

I'll follow you on my 6th Gen. There's probably room for one extra clip, if I take everything else out.

I still havn't put a tool kit under my seat but the '87 has just enough room to stow a crack head size Red Bull. It's only a little warm by the time I get to work...

SCraig..Same two tools in mine as well. As a matter of fact, took it off the bike to make room for more important stuff like the following:
Registration, Insurance, 6' Cable Lock, The Tire Plugger Kit (4 cart as Stuka), Pencil Tire gauge (big one want fit), Cruztool Outback Metric Tool Set, Extra Fuses, and no more room. When I go on a long trip I put the Slim 12v Tire Pump in the tank bag.
When I finally update my stock seat, I'm going to get the Sargant seat because it has the built in storage.

I think sometime after '04 Honda cheaped out and went with the "Dollar General" tool kit. Since Swoop has the full tool kit I would guess that when you buy outside the US you still get the nicer kit.

Usually some form of toolkit, but that's about it. I was prepared in the Boy Scouts; but I grew out of it.
