1993 vfr

new to vfr world, one of the cylinder head cover bolts on my '93 vfr broke off and it was suggested to me that I remove the cylinder head to try to remove the broken bolt according to the clymer manual I have to remove the engine from the frame in order to be able to do that does anyone know if that is true?

What cylinder head cover front or rear>? If it's rear you may be able to get at it as it's much more easier to get at then then the front.

If you need some parts I have a bunch from a scrapped 90 vfr. I have all the head bolts, gears, clutch etc etc.

I do not believe the engine needs to be removed to do a valve adjustment, which needs to have the valve cover removed to be done.

FWIW
