2009 Honda dealers coming to my town.

Honda is coming to Whistler, very soon. I guess the 2009 Honda dealer convention is being held in Whistler this year. They have practically booked out the town, a few weekends from now. A good friend of mine runs the Westin Hotel in Whistler, and her showroom will be full of 2009 Honda bikes.
Her ears will be open for me. I have taught her keywords to listen for, like "VFR" "Gear Driven Cams" "1000 cc"

I can't remember the specific dates, however I know its soon.

This could be old news...so if it is, please ignore.

Com'on, You have GOT to talk her into sneaking you in. She could loan you a bell-hop uniform or something. One way or another, you have to get in. Remember, some things are worth getting arrested for.

impossible mission?....

your Mission, Powder recon, should you chose to accept it
is to....

1. infiltrate the 2009 Honda dealer conference at whistler.

2. obtain 'advanced' detailed information on the honda 2009 sports range
especially in relation to upcoming VFR changes/ new models.

3. report your findings to VFR world as soon as possible.

as usual if you or any of your VFRW team are caught or detained
the forum will disavow any knoweldge of your actions..

good luck Powder recon

this thread will self distruct in 5 seconds.....4....3...2...shit...

Oh, I will be on it. Don't worry. From what she has already told me, security is going to be very tight....all bikes covered until the day of.

Pretty sure its in a couple of weeks. I will firm up the dates, and let you all know.

Geez you guys, you can go wherever you want if you:

1.Carry some sort of paperwork in your hand
2.Act like you own the place

If you carry a clip board, and a FedEx Next Day Air envelope, walk real fast like you need to find a bathroom, no one will stop you. I've gotten all over DC like this. :)

This is a link to two guys that snuck all over the brand new Washington Nationals baseball stadium.
Crashing the Nats New Stadium on Opening Night

Study their methods, and call us for bail.
