I ran into a guy riding a gold 85 VFR at Pacific Raceway in Kent, Wa. The bike was in great shape for her age.

Saw a silver/grey 6th Gen with OEM hard bags today in the vicinity of Lumberville on PA RT 32 going south in formation with a silver FJ1300. It was ridden by a lady in a pink Icon jacket. Based on the jacket & FJ1300, this is almost assuredly the same VFR I saw at the Thunder On The River in Burlington NJ a few weeks ago.

We were going north on a yellow 5th Gen, a red 89 Hawk GT & maroon SV650S.

I saw a '07 RWB with matching hard bags in Jonesborough, TN on Thursday June, 25th at about 10 minutes after noon. I tried to catch him, but it's hard (impossible) to catch a VFR while riding an XR250L.

    Michigan 4th gen

Heading eastbound on I94 near mile marker 131 between Parma and Jackson.

Red 4th Gen (well the nose anyways). Looked like it was missing some fairings. Only had a quick look as it was raining pretty decent at the time and I was out riding just like the other 4 hooligans I saw today riding in the rain.

Business 40 Eastbound, Winston-Salem NC, this evening, 5:20pm EDST, I was headed west in my cage, spotted the distinctive headlights of the 4G, hard to tell which year (couldn't see the lower fairing for the jersey barriers), single rider looked like commuting out there in the heavy eastbound traffic (yuk).

I have a '96 purchased recently, but I'm more of a country rider myself - I haven't see too many folks on the forum from my parts yet, so representing the Piedmont Triad - hey brutha, holla at me.

    This past weekend at Laguna...
    a 6th gen
    a 6th gen
    a 6th gen
    a 5th gen
    a 5th gen
    a 5th gen

and so on and so on
Talked to a couple of 6th gen owners who were unfamiliar with the sight(whatever) and invited them to join. We'll see if they do.

There was a nice 4th gen riding around. There was a rashed up 5th gen, I did not bother to talk to him. I even saw a yellow 5th gen going by on a tow truck. HEY!!!! that's my bike!!! Had to go get it out of detention because I parked in front of the bathrooms by turn 5.

I saw a RWB '07 in Sonora with a group of other riders/bikes. Talked briefly at a stoplight downtown. He was returning from the GP with them and lives in Reno. Is there anyway to find out who this guy is in Reno? Drewl...that's your territory! (I'll PM you).

Saw a red one and a silver one a month or so ago in Sonora, CA too. They looked like locals as they had no bags, luggage or backpacks...wonder how I'd find out who they are?

Saw a Red 5th Generation at the corner of Grand Avenue and Mission Boulevard in Pacific Beach, CA today at around 12:50 in the afternoon. The rider had a black helmet, shorts, tennies and a brown backpack. I whistled and waved and was wearing an orange t-shirt in front of Starbucks (where else?)

Two sightings in San Diego, CA this weekend. A red 4th gen, and a maroon (I think that is the color) 6th gen on Sunshine Hwy in the Laguna Mtns around 11-12pm on Sunday.

Were the hardbags shaped like my side cases or my top case? I thought someone in Kzoo or Grand Rapids had the 36 liter side cases (shaped like my top case - clam shell design)....or maybe it was northern Indiana...my memory isn't so clear on this...

EDIT: or were they the Black Corbin Beatles? I saw some listed on Craigslist recently...GR area IIRC

They looked like the clam shell style setup, they were the kind that almost look like briefcases but a bit thicker, and were solid black in color. Then again I was doing 65 and he was doing 70 easily, so I didn't get the best look at them...

Who did I see Sunday afternoon on the Trans Canada Highway, westbound near the Langley Surrey border on the black 6th gen wearing shorts, a t-shirt, runners and a thin nylon jacket doing about 80MPH. It was a pretty shade of green on the jacket If it was you, I was the one who came up behind you on the Pearl White 6th gen and got off at 196th St exit wearing ATGATT

Sparse sightings to report this month.

Red 6th generation heading toward the isthmus near West Towne on East Wash in Madison at noonhour Friday June 12th.

Took a ride from Madison to Prairie du Chien on Saturday June 20th and saw hundreds of bikes on the road and at St Feriole Island. I saw a gunmetal gray Yamaha FJR1300 that I momentarily thought was a VFR. That was it.

Red 4th generation on I-94 midway between Madison and Milwaukee. Bike entered the interstate from Sullivan/Ixonia heading east. I spotted the Y Chromosome louvers from a great distance. 3:45 pm Tuesday June 30.

Red 6th generation on the Madison beltline (near I-90) headed west at 6:45 am Wednesday July 1. Full gear – color coordinated.
