Decals Or No Decals

Repainting the bike same color and wanting to know if i should put tank decals back on or leave them of

any ideas

what would look better

Depends on if you like less clutter or not. If it were me, I would put them back on. I prefer to have a few decals on. I like the tank decals, and the VFR & interceptor decals on the side panels...that is all.

yah see but i heard that some decals you cant put a clear coat on it would it be algith without it.. trying to do as much research as possible before i tear it all down

I don't believe that the side panel stickers are clear coated. Seems like usually just the tank is....probably because it will get faded and abused more so (tank bag, etc)

yah but the decals i got the tank decals said not to clear coat but the other ones you could is there any other place to get decals on like any other website that you know of

I'd like to think Honda would have that available as I'm pretty sure it's done more than one would think.. but yes the decal on the tank is a clear coat ready decal where the others are just ones that get laid out. I've seen both types but not up close to be able to tell the diff. be a bummer to use the wrong one. Good catch and question.
