29 dreams...

Any of you guys from Florida, georga, or alabama have probably heard of this place. It's a "motorcycle country club" located outside of Leeds Alabama about 20 miles away from Barber motorsports park. Have any of you guys been there? if so what were the best roads you found? me and a buddy are taking off the day after thanksgiving from pensacola to head up there. i have heard from anyone whos been there its awsome. great roads, the barber motorcycle museium, and camping at an all motorcycle campground. if any of you guys live in the area let me know. thanks...

The road its located on is Hwy 25 and this is a very good road. Good asphault, scenic and curvy. Ride it from one end to the other you should enjoy the ride. Also there is a new and very large Bass Pro Shop close to Barber Motor sport you might want to take a look at. A little further away is Cheaha mountain you might like to visit while you are in this area. If you go to Cheaha ride hwy 281 south from hwy 78 to go up the mountain then come back on 281 north to hwy 49. Hwy 49 goes all the way south to Montgomery and is a very nice ride. Others may know more in the area, hope you enjoy your time in the area.

I was just there in September. Very nice facility, cheap beer, and good food. The road getting there was very nice but I think there is a permanent patrol around the clock. The only other roads I explored in the area were the interstate and the main course at Barber. I camped at the track unfortunately to ensure I was asleep early enough to make tech inspection. The people I met at 29 Dreams were wonderful and we had a great time eating melt in your mouth ribs and a few beers. We were serenaded by a guy and his guitar playing a variety of good music. When he wasn't playing a classic rock XM station was being broadcast throughout the park. It looks like they have some pretty big parties there with multiple stages. There was a mix of all bikes there although it was only about 10 total. Definitely somewhere I will visit again.

Don't forget about the museum and if you happen upon a trackday like I did take advantage of it. NESBA was hosting and I did the try the track program which includes 2 free 20 minute sessions and free classes. The only thing you have to pay for is renting leathers but the guy camping next to me had an extra set so it was a free trackday!

29 Dreams is also a half days ride to Deal's Gap.

Barber...
