I just stumbled across this:
Honda VFR gets V5 engine - Motorcycle News it seems that there is (if rumpr is correct.) a 1L V5 coming. Anyone have another source to verify?

It's a bogus rumor. Honda said come back in 2010 and they may have a new V4 bike.

Yea man talk about a major teaser, and to think a lot of other folks like MCN and a few like them bought into this and spread the word as gospel. God only knows what Honda is really up too.

It's true! The only problem is the bike runs on slick50 only, so its very expensive.

Holy S%^t!! Hold The Phone, Kids!!!
BREAKING NEWS!!!!
My best friend in the Army has a buddy in the Marines who told HIM he has a cousin the Air Force who is dating this Navy Chick that is related to this Army guy who knows this ELITE Canadian Mountie who spent the summer training with a French GIGN badass who personally trained a Japanese bodyguard that personally protects THE Honda Motorcycle CEO, Takeo Fukui. Mr. Fukui told HIM that even HE heard a RUMOR that HIS VERY OWN company might be making a V5 for the VFR in 2010!!! Can ya stand the suspense!!! Holy Moly, it must be my Birthday!!!..... .......Color me incontinent!!! Can a fella get some new pants?! Obviously, I can't go to Cycle Gear to spread THIS juicy rumor with a piss stain down the front of my pants. I would lose all credibility! For real.... ......This time, even I am convinced!!! Really!!! If you aren't convinced NOW, your soul needs a checkup!!...... ......C'mon people, time to get off the mental couch and get fired up!!...... .....OK, fine. Be that way. You'll see!! You'll be the one that looks ridiculous next fall when the rest of us believers take a non-stop flight on a Honda V5 rocket to Itoldyaso City!! Muuhaha!!! ....................................I'll be in the garage if anyone is looking for me.
