accident hurt my back.

I think i hurt my back when i fell on ice the other day. I felt fine for a few minutes. but then my back started hurting real bad when i twisted. it lasted for about 2 days. doesent hurt now.

could the pain have been from the accident even tho i felt fine for days. and never experienced any soreness?

what usually happens when you slip and fall, is the ipact of your butt region with the ground causes shock waves through your back sideand up your spine out into the muscles and so on and so on. When you landed you may have "moved" a vertabre out of alignment when that happens it pulls the muscles out of normal motion then , VOILA' you have a backache. your pain is probably from the fall. it doesnt take much we are a fragile species.
Go see a chiropractor. one that is into the heathy aspect not the insurance aspect(payment) of it.
