Sargent seat and seat height

To anyone who ownes a 2002 or later VFR with a sargent seat, how is its height compared to stock. Higher, lower, or the same height height?

Sargent is about the same height as stock. Your feet will touch down in about the same way. But the Sargent feels different due to its shape. More of a bucket than the stock seat. And it slopes up near the tank (where the stock seat slopes down causing you to slide into the tank). Another benefit is that the upholstery material is not as "grippy" as the factory cover. Easier to move around. I'm delighted with my Sargent. $316 including shipping from Sandhills Powersports.
