Headlight adjustment 2005 vfr

Curious if there is a way to raise the level of the beams from the headlights. Did a two hour ride in the dark last week and I found that the beams were a little low/didn't go out as far as I'd like(i guess that's always the case). But it seemed like they fell short and I"m curious if they can be angled up higher?

Page 70 of the uk owners handbook shows the the position of the adjustment screws.I would think your book would be similar my headlights were blinding car drivers so i had to adjust them down.The screws are awkward to get to but work ok.
