We are tentatively going to meet up in Ramona on 12/13 at 7:30 A.M. and will be taking the Long Route (220 miles) there and then the Short Route (99.5) to return. A couple of us will be returning that day after lunch and the rest will be staying the night and drinking beer. I will post any changes here. Please contact me if you need more details. By the way, most of us are in our early to mid 30's and have various types of motorcycles including a Honda Interceptor, Suzuki Bandit, couple Suzuki VStroms, a Triumph Tiger, and a BMW FS800.

December 13th - Ride to Idyllwild
It is getting cold fast, so I am planning a ride up the backroads to Idyllwild on December 13th. If you haven't been there before, there are some excellent twisties and the ride from the bottom of the mountain is especially fun. I have 4~5 people, most from work, who are planning on the ride. Some of us are planning on staying the night and heading back in the morning. Others will be heading back the same day after lunch. It usually takes about two hours, but since we are taking the back roads, I am expecting it to take between 3 ~ 4 hours. Let me know if you are interested so I can provide more details like map and meet up times.

    Scuba and other rider,

Honda-CBR-VFR (Rey) and I will be doing rides from the coastal area through Harmony Grove, Escondido and Valley Center to the Julian, Lake Henshaw, Palomar areas this Saturday (tomorrow) and Sunday morning (stop for gas and breakfast). We leave La Costa before 8 am and are typically back early afternoon. If interested, please post a reply and a suggested time and place for us to connect along the route. We both received citations a few weeks back so will be careful with the pace :)

    Regards,

    Kamran
