91 vfr 750 emissions removal

this is my first post my 91 vfr 750 had 11,000 miles on it when i bought it about 5 months ago it was in great condition except for left side fairing and some other pieces had dry rot didnt want to spend the money for new ones so took it all off and have moved everything around so you cant see coils anymore along with rerouting some hoses i have moved the to little air pumps but running out of room and want to know if i can take it all off can somebody help thanx sratt and will post pics and i do have a right side fairing i live in long beach ca.
