See How I Go
I live in australia,VF 750's came out here in 83. VF 1000R's and F's came out in 84.So really the first VFR would be the VF1000R but yet it seems to be often forgoten. I love what VFRWORLD is projecting, and i want to be part of it,I am here for the love of motorcycles, and the art of them, which leads me to something a mate pointed out,i submitted a pic for the 09 calender,at last look i had more looks than any other pic i or my mate had looked at and someone thinks its "sick",actually it is a nice looking engine. So i get a rating of 3 by Kenny who just happens to have his pics rated at what 8 or 9,just makes me wonder.anyway yes my 1000R is naked lighter and has about 150hp

Welcome aboard. The 1000r bikes are 'sick' in a good way. Just like 'bad' meant good and 'cool' means hot. We Americans can ruin any language.

When you are here in Canada or the US, and someone says something you have is sick, you have just received a high compliment. Like this forum is sick. And as you will see, I have been active here.
They way I figure, living down under, the blood runs to your head and you guys down there don't understand out fresh style of the English language mate. Welcome, and stay a while. We have a few from your neck of the woods and need more. There is a specific thread for Aussies. Look it up and get on board. You will enjoy the ride. Ride safe.
