Hi everyone!!

I just bought a 1998 VFR!! It has some issues (Small dent in the tank, fairings needs tidying up, wheels need to re-balanced), but for $1600 I couldn't pass on the deal!!

I took it out and rode a nice 35 mile loop . . . No strange noises, no overheating, and one electrical gremlin (odo reads Zero). The DMV and Honda mileage was close enough for Gov't work (~22K) I'm waiting on the rest of the paperwork from NY to have fully verified mileage on it.

Other than that, I'm a happy customer!!

It seems the GSF400 I've been working on will be jealous :D

Welcome Strike. This is a great website to belong to. Good advise if you look for it. We are kinda laid back though so don't be surprised at what you might see. And of course, pix....lots of pix
