E50 GIVI Case - Modification Review

When I am done I will have the pics and the information on this case and the light mods. First I need some help to see if what I want to do is possible based on a Visio drawing I did. Not sure if the diode object is pointing the right way but need some help on what parts would work.

To start with I bought 2 12” LED strips from www.admorelighting.com and they are high quality. They sell full on kits for the GIVI’s but my model is not one they carry as it is the elder of the E53 case. My objective is to run the lights somewhat dimmer and then have the brake or the turn signals flash at full power.

My first question is do we have a electronic guru who can tell me:
1.) Will it work as outlined?
2.) Can these parts be bought at Radio Shack?
3.) If yes can I get what I should be looking for?

In order here are the pics of the wiring diagram, the case and my bike. Will show rest of parts after this weekend install.
