1986 VFR, those brown T's are leaking :(

I bought a 1986 vfr cheap, turned out the fuel pump was on backwards, and it looks rough.
The only problem now (fixed some other things), is that the brown fuel lines/plastic tubing that connects both front carbs is leaking from the o-ring seals. They are the hard plastic brown T's that connect the two front carbs, no way to remove them without taking the carbs out, and separating them. I really don't want to remove the carbs, but i do have the replacement o-rings already. but, i want an alternative to removing the carbs etc.
so my question is: could I just epoxy(glue, RTV, something) those brown plastic T hoses where they connect to the carbs to stop them from leaking?

Ok, I got the carbs out. I just wanted to ask:
should all of the carb butterfly's open in unison, or do two open, then the other two follow?
