programmer for power commander iii usb

anyone has the programmer for powercommander iii usb i could borrow for 5 min to upgrade my firmware? i have version 1.0.0.18 which cannot be upgraded directly via usb. plz let me know i can bring my pciii over

I have the disc it came with....is that what you need?......not alot of info on it as far as a version......I am in Sacramento if it helps.

In order to flash the firmware you need a laptop....so my guess is: he's looking for a laptop w/web connection.

i am looking for a hardware not software, to upgrade the firmware. you can use the laptop w/ usb if you have 1.0.0.20 or later releases. unfortunately my pciii has 1.0.0.18 so i will need the programmer hardware from powercommander to upgrade to the latest firmware. pc offers free upgrade service if i send in my unit to them but i am trying to avoid that. if u know anyone who has the programmer and lives close to san jose, ca. plz let me know
